Edanur Arlı is an antifascist feminist visual artist from Vienna, where she was born and grew up. She acquired her skills through self-study. Her work covers the areas of painting, especially with oil and sculptures.
Her lived experience as a woman in Austria who grew up in a Turkish-Muslim family plays a major role in her work, questioning the female role itself in supporting and promoting patriarchal structures.
She is currently studying media management to pursue her journalistic interests.

Der Körper kommt ohne den Kopf aus,
der Kopf amüsiert sich ohne Körper – mal zu einer clownesken Grimasse,
mal zur großen Klappe verzogen.
Edanur Arlıs Kunst vereint Vieles.
Vor allem aber werfen ihre Arbeiten einen Blick auf weibliche Körper,
der entstigmatisiert und ermächtigt.
Körperteile werden auf assoziativ, spielerische Weise
